(05) Students’ feedback

What students say after the course

“For years I drove in silence and smiled a lot. Now I talk with my guests the whole way from the airport to Karakol — about the road, the lake, my family. A couple from Germany has already booked me again for next summer.”
Nurlan Driver-guide, Karakol
“Check-in used to be the most stressful part of my day. Now it takes two minutes, and guests leave the desk smiling.”
Aizada Guest house, Kochkor
“The safety module alone was worth it. I can brief a group before the pass clearly and without notes.”
Bakyt Trekking guide
“My calls and emails in English are shorter and more polite. Clients reply faster and ask fewer questions.”
Elnura Tour agency, Bishkek
“I finally know how to say “the road is closed, here is our plan B” without panic.”
Timur Driver, Naryn
“I can explain beshbarmak properly now. Tourists come back and ask for it by name.”
Gulzat Café owner, Cholpon-Ata
“The lessons are almost all speaking. After two months I stopped translating in my head and just answered. My online reviews now mention the conversations, not only the horses.”
Azamat Horse-riding tours, Song-Köl
